Interior & Exterior Botanical Installation
Integrated Botanical Design
We developed and installed a refined botanical program designed to
complement the property's light, neutral architecture. The scope extended
from interior common areas to exterior circulation spaces, with each plant,
planter, and arrangement selected to feel intentional within the surrounding
design. Scale, texture, and a restrained material palette were used throughout
to create a cohesive sense of greenery across the property without competing
with the architecture
Scope - Botanical design, sourcing, delivery, installation, styling, and ongoing care.
Interior - Statement tropicals, palms, custom planters, stone top dressing, and orchid accents.
Exterior - Large vertical greenery and landscape planting.
Sculptural Greenery
Large tropical plants and palms add height and softness to the elevator lobbies and lounge areas while keeping the overall look clean and understated.
Refined Accents
Living Architecture
Dense fern walls and layered planting soften the exterior circulation areas while creating a continuous connection to the surrounding landscape.
Installation Detail
Structural vinyl backing was installed across the building's eastern expansion, with masonry anchors and high-density attachment points creating a complete blackout green wall effect.

For La Baia, Serena and Joana developed a cohesive botanical program spanning interior planting, refined floral accents, and large-scale exterior greenery.
